- Complaintt Grievance Procedure
- Firstly user need to visit https://srps.org.in/
- Then user need to click on Complaint Icon
- Next user click on New Complaintt.
- After click on new Complaintt, a Complaint page will open where user register his/her Complaintt.
- User can also attach detailed Complaintt in PDF format.
- After submitting the Complaintt, user will receive an acknowledgement number so that in future user will check status of Complaintt with the same
- User will receive an acknowledgement number on SMS and as a Pop –up on screen after submitting the Complaintt.
- Clicking on check status option below the Complaintt option, user will check the status of Complaintt. User need to type acknowledgement number and OTP sent to his/her registered mobile number.
- User can also download Complaintt status/report after entering the OTP sent to his/her registered mobile number

As per rules [India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and
Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021] define under Information Technology
Act, 2000 our Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the Complaintt within 24
hours and resolve it within fifteen days from its receipt.
