Dr. Ashok Singh Bhadouria
Dr Ashok Singh Bhadouria is Founder & Managing Director of SRPS
Fintech Private Limited. He holds degree of Doctorate in
Microfinance & Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Sociology.
He has over 21 Years of experience of dealing with Central &
various State Govt. Departments & Business enterprises. He
drives and oversees the overall business at SRPS since its
inception. He is fully committed and will continue to play an
active role in Business strategy and operations. He has scaled
the Company to a new orbit of growth. Astute and dynamistic
leadership qualities back his vast experience
Under his vision, the Company has set a track record for consistent
and sustainable growth. As a front-runner of the organization, he
ensures a tone of integrity and ethics across operations and
establishes the highest standards of corporate governance.
Mr. Deepak Kumar
Mr. Deepak Kumar is a Law graduate from the Agra University.
In his long and illustrious career sprawling over 33+ years in
the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD),
he has held several leadership positions in Punjab, Haryana,
Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West
Bengal & Maharashtra and also served as Chief General Manager
of Regional offices of Himachal Pradesh & Punjab until year 2018.
He has been Nominee Director on behalf of NABARD on the Boards of
various banks and financial Institutions viz. Paschim Banga Kshetriya
Gramin Bank, Howrah, West Bengal (Sponsored by UCO Bank), Allahabad
Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (Sponsored by Bank of
Baroda), Panjab State Cooperative Bank, Chandigarh, Panjab & Himachal
Pradesh State Cooperative Bank, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
He also served as Principal Consultant of NABCONS (A wholly owned
subsidiary of NABARD) at Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
